高尔基说过：“谁不爱孩子，孩子就不爱他，只有爱孩子的人，才能教育孩子”。我们常说：爱自己的孩子是人，爱别人的孩子是神，教师的爱是神圣的，教师的责任是伟大的。爱护学生是教师的天职，爱为师德之本，无爱则无教育，教师必须真心诚意地去关爱每一个学生，能够得到教师的关爱，是每个学生最起码的心理需求，师爱对学生来说是一种鞭策和激励，对学生的成长和进步有很大的推动作用。回顾自己从教XX年的`历程，感悟自己为师XX年的体会，爱与责任成就着我从教的每一步，爱与责任诠释着我为师的每一天。
