　　羊年吉祥来临，伴随着京津冀协同发展的春风，作为唐山人自己的银行，唐山市商业银行即将在2015年迈上新的发展台阶——正式更名为唐山银行。为弘扬传统文化，丰富市民业余文化生活，展现唐山的美丽风光与人文情怀，表现市商业银行服务地方经济方面的突出贡献，唐山市商业银行特在全市范围内发起主题为市民银行 相伴成长的摄影、书画与征文大赛。本次活动由唐山市商业银行主办。

1、时间安排

　　(一)3月9日-3月31日，面向全市征集。

（1） From March 9 to March 31, it will be collected from the whole city.

　　(二)4月1日-4月10日，组织评选。

（2） From April 1 to April 10, the evaluation was organized.

　　(三)4月11日-4月15日，公布获奖情况。

（3） The awards will be announced from April 11 to April 15.

　　(四)4月15日以后，组织颁奖，将优秀获奖作品汇编印刷成册。

2、其他事项

　　1.本次活动由唐山市商业银行主办并具有最终解释权。

　　2.大赛只接受未在任何媒体发表过的原创作品，所有稿件均不退稿。作者应使用本人真实姓名。不接受临摹、抄袭作品。如侵犯他人著作权，投稿人自行承担侵权责任，主办方将取消其参赛资格。

(二)作品要求

　　1.用心灵感受，用镜头记录唐山市商业银行的成长与发展，造福市民生活与地方经济的突出贡献。新闻摄影、生活摄影、人物摄影、风光摄影均可。

　　2.摄影作品应主题明确，立意鲜明，具有一定的思想性与艺术性。文件大小不小于2M，以jpg格式保存，并配以文字说明。

6、摄影大赛(一)参加范围

　　全市摄影爱好者。

7、奖项设置

　　主办方将邀请摄影、书画、文学专家与媒体，成立大赛评委会，对参赛作品进行评选。摄影、书画、征文大赛分别设置奖项。每组均设一、二、三等与优秀奖。

The organizer will invite experts in photography, calligraphy and painting, literature and the media to set up a jury to select the entries. Awards will be set for photography, calligraphy and painting, and essay contest respectively. Each group has the first, second, third and excellent awards.

　　一等奖：每组1名，共3名，价值6500元iPhone6 Plus手机一部。

　　1.围绕“市民银行相伴成长”的活动主题，记录唐山市商业银行的成长与发展，造福市民生活与地方经济的突出贡献，表现家乡美景与正能量。

　　2.书法、国画、油画、水粉、水彩、版画等类型均可。

(二)作品要求

　　1.题目自拟，体裁为散文或诗歌(古体、现代均可)。

　　2.围绕“市民银行相伴成长”的活动主题，记录唐山市商业银行的成长与发展，造福市民生活与地方经济的突出贡献。可歌颂商行的感人事、弘扬正能量，可叙述自己眼中的唐山市商业银行。
