各位教职工:

根据xx县教育局《关于做好20xx年x季学期开学返校工作的通知》要求:

全县高三、初三统一于xx月xx日开学。

全县中学其他年级、小学四—六年级于xx月xx日以后开学,小学一—三年级于xx月xx日以后开学,幼儿园于xx月xx日后看情况开学。

这些学段的具体开学时间,由xx县疫情防控工作领导小组研究确定并公布(即除初三外,其它年级等待通知)。

为确保我园教职工返校工作科学有序进行,现将相关工作要求告知如下:

一、教职工返校条件

(一)根据疫情形势和防控要求,在确保安全的情况下,在非疫情重点地区的教师,经我园园委会商议决定教师分批返校:

(1)园务班子:xx。xx上午8:30—9:00报到;

(2)中层干部及教学点负责人:xx。xx上午8:30—9:00报到;

(3)教师、职工:xx月xx日(五一调休上班)上午8:30—9:00报到。

(4)新教师、职工:待教育局具体公布幼儿园开学时间后报到。

(二)有以下情况的,一律不得返校:

1、现身处xx省境内的教职工;

2、根据xx省疫情防控应急综合指挥部发布的全省县域风险等级分类名单和全国疫情地图,目前身处疫情较严重的高风险地区的教职工;

3、在返回学校前14天内,与确诊病例、疑似病例有密切接触的教职工;

4、有发热、咳嗽等症状的教职工。

二、教职工返校审批流程

从即日起,拟返校教职工必须严格履行报批手续,提前1天填写《xx幼儿园教职工返校申请表》,所填信息必须如实、准确、详细,发送至安全负责人,并经学校疫情防控领导小组办公室批准后,方可返校。

三、返校方式

返校教职工上下班尽可能不乘坐公共交通工具,如需乘坐公共交通工具需注意做好自身防护措施,佩戴口罩、手部清洗消毒等。

四、返校期间纪律要求

为确保复学工作顺利有序,请全体教职工严格遵守各项疫情防控措施和要求:

1、尽量减少外出,不走亲访友、聚会聚餐。如确需外出,尤其是要出xx县的,请务必提前一天向校领导报备。

2、学习新冠肺炎防控知识和技能,保持个人和家庭清洁。

3、教师继续利用各种平台进行家园互动工作;

目前,新冠肺炎疫情防控形势依然严峻,教育孩子居家常通风、勤洗手,外出佩戴口罩,保持社交距离,注意个人卫生,尽量不到人员密集的场所;假期原则上不允许学生离开xx到县外、到中高风险地区。确需外出的,按学校规定的程序做好报备工作,并记好所乘坐车辆的车牌号码等信息。返校前如有发热、干咳等症状,应立即前往医疗机构就诊,并按规定申报。
