一直以为,来自台湾的奶茶刘若英会把自己的长片导演处女作拍成小清新青春片。因为无论是其他演员转行导演的先例,还是台湾本土在青春片上的优势,这种选择都顺理成章。然而,《后来的我们》还真真真真就不是青春片,而是带有很浓的现实色彩的爱情片。故事发生地是北京、两个主角均是东北人,电影通篇都是很真实很准确的北方气息。为此,刘若英在开拍前做了大量的实地考察和调研工作,在细节上一丁点儿都不敢疏忽。
